Pricing depends on the payroll application, number of legal entities, employee headcount paid through the system, and whether fieldwork is on-site in Tokyo or remote. The figures below are starting points for planning — not published catalogue prices.
Full payroll application audit
From ¥1,800,000
Fixed fee after scoping. Typical single-entity domestic package. Multi-entity or heavily customised setups are quoted separately. Includes draft workshop and final English report.
Configuration & control review
From ¥720,000
Fixed fee for a focused two-to-three-week review of rule tables and approval paths. Suitable when a full audit is not required.
Pre-migration readiness review
From ¥1,200,000
Fixed fee for standard readiness mapping. Extended workshops with your implementation partner may be billed at ¥180,000 per day.
Follow-up remediation check
From ¥280,000
Available to prior Center Wise clients. Day-rate option at ¥160,000 when the open-item list is long.
What influences the quote
- Number of companies and pay groups inside the application
- Whether attendance or accounting interfaces must be traced
- Availability of documented procedures versus reliance on interviews alone
- Language of the final report (English only, or English plus Japanese summary)
- Peak-season timing (March and December windows book early)
Deposits and billing
Engagements over ¥500,000 require a 30% deposit on signed letter of engagement. The balance is invoiced on delivery of the final report (or on completion of the remediation check). Fees are informational; no online payment is collected through this site.
